Eligibility:
1.1 The WEP® Free Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "the Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a) Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
b) Must be a resident of the United States.
Giveaway Period:
2.1 The Giveaway will begin on the 1st of June 2023 at 0000hrs (central time) and end on the 30th of June 2023 at 2359hrs (central time) (hereinafter referred to as "the Giveaway Period").
How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Post a photo of your soldering work on your favorite social media platform using
- Fill in our online form
Winner Selection:
4.1 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. To ensure 100% fairness, we’ll post a video on our official YouTube channel to select the randomized winner from the pool.
4.2 The winners will be notified via email, phone, or direct message within 7 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
4.3 If a winner does not respond within 15 days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes:
5.1 The prizes for the Giveaway will be clearly specified in the promotional materials or announcement.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other substitutes.
5.3 WEP® reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value at its discretion.

Publicity:
6.1 By participating in the Giveaway, winners agree to WEP®'s use of their names, likenesses, and entry submissions for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy:
7.1 Any personal information provided by participants during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with WEP®'s privacy policy.
Disqualification:
8.1 WEP® reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or involved in any fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
Limitation of Liability:
9.1 WEP® and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the use of the prize.
Modifications:
10.1 WEP® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
