About Us

Built for Technicians Who Work at the Bench

WEP® exists for the people who work at the bench — technicians, repair shops, engineering teams, educators, and electronics enthusiasts who judge a tool by what it does on a real board, not by how it looks on a spec sheet.

Behind WEP® is a manufacturing partner that has produced soldering and rework equipment since 2000, with more than two decades of production experience behind every unit. Since 2020, WEP® has been brought to users worldwide through its authorized global distributor, working directly with end users and technical teams to improve products based on real feedback from the bench.

Driven by Real Repair Needs

Product development starts with practical problems, not decorative features. WEP® has developed solutions such as 3-in-1 soldering stations that combine hot air rework, soldering, and DC power supply in one system; micro hot air tools with nozzles down to 0.5 mm for highly localized heat control; and automatic temperature calibration that keeps tip temperature consistent when cartridges are changed.

A soldering station should not only heat up quickly — it should recover temperature consistently. A hot air tool should not only be powerful — it should deliver heat exactly where the technician needs it. A control system should not feel complicated — it should remove steps from daily work.

That is why WEP® continues to build micro soldering stations, hot air rework systems, hot tweezers, tip cleaners, and bench accessories around real workflows — whether the job is C210/C245 micro soldering, hot air pencil rework, BGA-related repair, or routine PCB maintenance.

Quality You Can Verify

WEP®'s manufacturing facility operates under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Selected WEP® products are independently certified to ETL safety requirements and tested to UL 499, with CE and FCC compliance where specified. Certification details for individual models are available on request.

Support That Stays

A soldering tool is not a one-time purchase. Technicians need replacement tips, nozzles, heating elements, technical support, and warranty service long after the first order. WEP® has supported U.S. customers since 2020 and remains committed to the repair community with replacement parts, documentation, and after-sales service.

To reduce downtime for U.S. customers, WEP® maintains local warehouse capability for selected products and replacement parts, cutting out the delays of international shipping.

WEP® is here for technicians who need practical soldering and rework tools, dependable support, and a brand that keeps improving alongside the repair community.
