C115 cartridges are designed for extremely small components and ultra-fine soldering.
C210 cartridges are a balanced option for microscope soldering and small electronics repair.
C245 cartridges provide higher thermal capacity for connectors, ground pads, and larger solder joints.

Can I use a micro soldering station for general soldering?

Yes. Models that support C245 cartridges can handle many general electronics soldering tasks, including connectors, wires, and larger PCB joints. For very large metal parts or heavy-gauge wiring,
a higher-thermal-capacity soldering tool may still be more suitable.
