WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. WEP TOOLS works with UPS SurePost, USPS, FedEx, and many other delivery service suppliers to fulfill your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BEGIN SHIPPING?
For standard orders, we ship within the next 24 hours. You will be alerted via e-mail if the item is out of stock, and we will share alternative solutions to fulfill your order(s).
For customized orders (international shipping), we usually ship within the next 5~7 business days. You will be alerted via e-mail if the customization process experiences any delay, and we will share alternative solutions to fulfill your order(s).

HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
We ship all orders placed within the next day, depending on your address, the package may take 2 to 10 days to reach you with exceptions to remote areas. NOTE: the delivery time is subject to changes due to increased traffics and demand in the holiday seasons.
Due to availability, selective items may be shipped from outside of North America leading to a longer delivery time (15 to 30 days). All items that are shipped internationally will be clearly labeled in the product page’s description section, please read the description before purchasing.
